We have a highly successful track record in negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals, achieved by detailed knowledge of values and market trends plus technical knowledge of statute and case law with a corresponding ability to interpret lease provisions to best effect.

We make maximum effort to achieve client's objectives by negotiating the best possible terms but where that cannot be accomplished, we have the experience and expertise to act in the capacity of an Expert Witness in Arbitration or Independent Surveyor references, or at a Court hearing.
